蒸滑蛋拌虾仁瑶柱汁 Steamed Egg with Prawn and Scallop Sauce

I was out of idea on what have to cook for today.

Thinking of steam egg but what should i do to made it different?

Ya, i have prawn with me and done want to add them into the steam egg.

This is a Thai style omelette shop, i just know this when i have this book. 

"Thai 红@ home" or "泰正宗了"

This is a super simple boiled soup, and we always have this when we still young.

When i see this, it remain my young memories.

马铃薯鸡蛋沙拉 Potato Egg Salad

Just come in my mine that i want to eat salad.

I have been try a potato egg salad dish in a local restaurant here.

And i actually like this kind of salad, 

but when i have this in that restaurant i just got one feeling.

“nausea”

I done know what happen to that. 

蒸三皇蛋 Steamed Three Colour Egg

Last  two days when i went to the wet market i saw the fresh salted egg and the century egg, i remember see this in Phong Hong Bakes and i haven cook this dish for my little kids.

But my version is more simple.

豆腐紫菜蛋花汤 Tofu Seaweed and Egg Soup

这是我第一次做这汤。

但是，我家两个小孩不爱吃，他们是不喜欢咬到紫菜。

可能是我的紫菜下的太多了，下次我会在煮不过会减少紫菜分量。

我是蛮喜欢这汤的。

This is the first time i cook this soup for my two kids.

But what u guess, they didn't like it.

My boy tell me that the seaweed is not good, but is not the smell of the soup.

May be is too more seaweed in the soup

So..... i will try to cook it again next time and reduce the seaweed.

Anyway, i like this soup.

鸡蛋卷 Egg Roll with Fish Paste

买了一包马鲛鱼肉浆，准备做鸡蛋卷。

平时都是用来酿豆腐或茄子，这次弄点别的。

诚诚仔和安安仔，这两个小瓜吃最多。

I buy 1 pack of fish paste from the wet market, wanting to made egg roll.

Normally, just for stuff the tofu and brinjal (eggplant), but this time want to made something different.

Cheng and An my two boys love this, and they eat much of them.

回家晚餐 Dinner with Family

酸梅酱煮鱼 Plum Sauce Fish

鱼炸至熟及香脆，爆香蒜米，加入洋葱拌炒，倒入酸梅酱和少许番茄酱及适量水煮滚，淋在鱼上即可。

清炒玻璃生菜  Stir-fry Shang Coi

爆香蒜米，倒入玻璃生菜炒香，下盐调味即可。

焖 Kurma 鸡肉   Braised Chicken with Maggi Kurma Powder

用了maggi Kurma 鸡粉加入 3 汤匙水调匀，热油锅倒入香料炒香，放入鸡肉块，炒至鸡肉半熟，倒入2 杯水焖约 20 分钟，最后加入淡奶拌炒均匀。

肉碎蒸蛋  Steamed Egg with Minced Pork

猪肉剁至烂，鸡蛋 3 粒打散，加入3 粒鸡蛋壳的清水，加入盐，胡椒粉搅拌均匀。

倒入碗内放入碗中，放入蒸锅蒸至熟即可。淋上蒜酥和蒜油倒入少许酱清即可。

木瓜粟米排骨汤  Papaya Sweet Corn Pork Ribs Soup

把汤锅水煮滚，放入排骨，切块的青木瓜，粟米大火煮滚，转慢火煮约 1 小时即可.

下盐调味。

今天来个快速，方便又简单的料理。

味道也很受欢迎。

也很下饭。

诚诚仔呢，只爱蛋黄。

安安吃蛋白。

一颗鸡蛋不会浪费。哈。。。

海棠滑豆腐 Steamed Silken Tofu

这豆腐本来是想要用来做火锅时吃的，

可是在准备材料时忘了从冰箱里拿出来，

结果没有吃到。

苦瓜煎蛋饼 Omelette Bitter Ground

我相信很多有看电视或上网的朋友都会知道现在沙巴所发生的事情。不过我们这里还是跟平时一样，没有什么不一样。上班的上班，上学的上学。一切如常。

不过，像我这种师奶还是会买一些大包小包的食品放在家里。以防万一嘛。

喜欢今天这蒸蛋好滑嫩。

材料 ：

蟹柳 6 条，

红萝卜丝 1 大匙

葱段 1 大匙

鸡蛋 2 棵

盐 适量

胡椒粉 1 小匙

麻油少许

蒜蓉 1 小匙

鸡蛋可以有很多的变化，不论是煎。。炸。。炒。。蒸。。。都没问题，一样美味。

这料理可以很经济也可以很昂贵。

我的是经济伴的。。。。

因为没有昂贵的燕窝。。。鱼翅。。。
