豆腐紫菜蛋花汤 Tofu Seaweed and Egg Soup


这是我第一次做这汤。
但是,我家两个小孩不爱吃,他们是不喜欢咬到紫菜。
可能是我的紫菜下的太多了,下次我会在煮不过会减少紫菜分量。
我是蛮喜欢这汤的。
This is the first time i cook this soup for my two kids.
But what u guess, they didn't like it.
My boy tell me that the seaweed is not good, but is not the smell of the soup.
May be is too more seaweed in the soup
So..... i will try to cook it again next time and reduce the seaweed.
Anyway, i like this soup.

材料 Ingredients:

紫菜 。。。。。 半片     Seaweed ..... 1/2 piece
豆腐 。。。。。 2 片     Tofu ..... 2 pieces
姜 。。。。。 1 块     Ginger ..... 1 pc
猪肉 。。。。。适量切片     Pork slices ..... some
鸡蛋 。。。。。 1 粒(打散)Egg ..... 1 (slight beat)
江鱼仔汤底 。。。。。 1 Ltr (Anchovy broth ..... 1 ltr.

做法  Methods :

1.     紫菜先用清水浸软,备用。
Seaweed put in the water and soak until soft, drain and set aside.

2.     把江鱼仔汤底煮滚,放入所有材料  (除鸡蛋)煮至熟。
Boiled the anchovy broth, put in all the ingredients (except egg) and let to boiled and cooked.

3.     把鸡蛋慢慢的倒入汤内,轻轻的搅拌, 下盐调味即可。
Slowly pour in the egg, stir gently, season with salt.
