马铃薯鸡蛋沙拉 Potato Egg Salad


Just come in my mine that i want to eat salad.
I have been try a potato egg salad dish in a local restaurant here.
And i actually like this kind of salad, 
but when i have this in that restaurant i just got one feeling.
“nausea”
I done know what happen to that. 



This is my own version and i love this very much.
I fry the potato cube until golden brown and it is so fragrant.

Ingredients :

Potato ..... 2 pcs (cubes)
Hard boiled egg ..... 2 pcs (cubes)
Cucumber ..... 1/3 pcs (cubes)
Three color vege ..... 2 tbsp (corn, carrot, pea)
Coriander leave ..... some (chopped)

Seasoning :

3 tbsp ..... mayonnaise
1 tbsp ..... tomato sauce
dash of pepper and salt 

Methods :

1.     Deep fry the potato until golden brown and cooked. Set aside.
Boiled the three color vege, set aside.

2.     Put the fry potato in a large mixing bowl, add in the hard boiled egg 
and sprinkle with some pepper and salt.

3.     Then put in cucumber cube and the mix veggie, mix well with a wooden spoon.

4.     Mix the mayonnaise and tomato sauce together, pour into the mixing bowl.
Mix until and combined. Sprinkle on some coriander leaf. Serve.
