This is a Thai style omelette shop, i just know this when i have this book.

This is a super simple boiled soup, and we always have this when we still young.
When i see this, it remain my young memories.
Soak the glass noodle until soft before adding into the pot.
Other type of meat and vegetable also can be added as well.
Ingredients :
4 nos 。。。。。 egg
4 cups 。。。。。 water/ chicken stock
1/4 cups 。。。。。 carrot
(cut into cube or flower pattern)
1/4 cups 。。。。。 sliced big onion
1/2 cups 。。。。。 spring onion
Seasoning :
1 tbsp ..... oyster sauce
1 tbsp ..... light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp ..... fish sauce
1/2 tsp ..... sugar
1/2 tsp ..... pepper powder
Methods :
1. Beat the egg in a mixing bowl, then add 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce.
2. Add some oil in a frying pan, pour in egg mixture, cooked until lightly brown,
flip and cook the other side until browned as well.
2. Remove from heat, drain and cut into pieces.
3. Heat wok again, pan fry garlic until fragrant and brown in color.
Add in 4 cups of water or chicken stock, bring to boil.
4. Add in carrot, sliced big onion and omelette.
Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar.
Let it boiled again, turn off the heat.
5. Garnish with spring onion and sprinkle peppers on top. Serve.
