茄汁芝麻大虾仁 Prawn with Ketch-Up & Sesame


This is a very simple and delicious prawns dish.
My two kids love to eat prawn very much.
The youngest, if he saw prawn dish on the table, will request for rice.
But when the rice was given to him, will request the prawn.
When prawn was put in his plate, hand will come and take the prawn in the mouth.
After that will request more and more. 
Sometimes, 1/2 kg big prawn are not enough for them.



Recipe refer :  宠爱老公@家常菜 Mary

Ingredients :

Big onion ..... 90 g (chopped)
Shaoxing wine ..... 1/2 tsp
Spring onion ..... 1 stalk (not added)
Salt and sugar ..... 1/4 tsp
Ketch-up (Tomato sauce) ..... 2 tbsp
Water ..... 1 tbsp
Corn starch ..... 2 tbsp
Sesame ..... 2 tsp

Methods :

1.     Take off the prawn shell, devined. Use corn starch to wash and pat dry.

2.     Mix ingredients (   f   ) --- (   h   ) together.

3.     Heat up oil, add in big onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add in prawns and fry. Add in shaoxing wine and stir to well combined.

4.     Pour in the sauce in No (   2  ), saute till the juice is thicken, add in spring onion.

5.     Turn off the heat, scatter the sesame over and serve.


Last saturday morning, bring the two boys to seashore, and it was drizzle.
The secondary students have activity to cleaning the beach.
After that they are playing the sand and this. (below) 
This two boys are very happy.



The big boy is our neighbour and he was following us on that day. 
There are quite a time, this two boys didn't play sand.
