沙拉苹果虾 Salad Prawn with Apple


之前就很想做这道料理,但因为材料不齐所以等到今天才有机会做。
家里的沙拉酱完了,每次出去都忘了买,昨天终于记得了。
哎哟。。。 年纪大了,变成健忘了,每次想好了要买的东西,
但是,每次到超级市场都会忘了买这个那个的。嗨。。。。

I wanna cook this dish for quick a time, but is not enough ingredients,
so postpone until today. I have out of salad at home, every time i have decide want i want to buy at shopping, but when i arrive there, my brand cant remember what i want to buy, just round and round.
Aiyo... become older is like that lo...... 

我喜欢这道料理,没想到那两个小瓜也喜欢吃呢。
这道料理准备功夫简单,最重要的是虾必须要香脆。
加上甜甜酸酸的苹果,美味。
Like this dish very much, even my two kids also live this.
This is simple and easy to prepare, the important is the prawn must crispy.
And combine with apple is so matching.

材料 Ingredients :
中虾 。。。。。 100 克     Medium prawn ..... 100 g
西芹 。。。。。 50 克     Celery ..... 50 g
苹果 。。。。。 一粒(小)     Apple ..... 1 (s)

醃料  Marinade and Coating  :

太白粉 。。。。。 1 小碗     Tapioca flour ..... 1 bowl
盐 。。。。。 适量     Salt to taste
胡椒粉 。。。 。。 适量     Pepper 

调味料 Seasoning :

美奶滋 。。。。。 2 汤匙     Mayonnaise ..... 2 tbsp
番茄酱 。。。。。 1 汤匙     Tomato sauce ..... 1 tbsp

做法  Methods :

1.     虾仁擦干并拌入盐和胡椒粉拌匀,加入1 汤匙的水,再加入适量的太白粉,让虾完全裹上太白粉。
        Clean and pat dry the prawn, marinade with salt and pepper, add in 1 tbsp of water then put in enough tapioca flour to coat the prawn.

      1.      美奶滋和番茄酱混合备用。Mix together Mayonnaise and tomato sauce, set aside.






2.     西芹削皮,切小块; 苹果洗净,切小块。备用。
        Peeled the celery and cut into small pieces; rinse apple and cut into small cube, set aside.




3.     虾放入热油中炸至香脆及熟。Deep fry the prawn until golden brawn and crispy.


4.     将苹果,西芹和美奶滋先拌匀,再加入虾球轻拌匀即可。
        Mix the apple and celery with mayonnaise, add in the prawn and mix gently.
