蒸滑蛋拌虾仁瑶柱汁 Steamed Egg with Prawn and Scallop Sauce


I was out of idea on what have to cook for today.
Thinking of steam egg but what should i do to made it different?
Ya, i have prawn with me and done want to add them into the steam egg.


What i do is after steaming the egg, i cook the prawn with the scallop sauce that i bought.
Ha... ha .... are they look special???? ( done laugh at me ya, ha........)


 Recipe for Steamed Egg :-

Break 3 nos of egg into a bowl and mix them. 
Use the egg shell to measure the water.
Put in 5 nos of water into the egg batter and mix them.
Add in some salt and pepper mix.
Drain the egg batter into a steamed plate.
Steamed under medium heat for about 10 - 12 minutes.

Recipe for Prawn in Scallop Sauce :

Chop the prawn into small pieces and marinade them with some salt, pepper and corn starch.
Heat frying pan, add in some garlic and saute the prawn for almost cook.
Add in some water,  scallop sauce, light soy sauce and pepper.
Add in spring onion and some cornstarch.
Boiled until cook and pour on the steamed egg. Done.
