云儿滑蛋虾 Black Fungus and Prawn Egg

材料 :

浸发云儿 50克
中虾 (去壳) 150克
鸡蛋 4粒



调味料 :

糖,盐,胡椒粉 各半小匙

做法 :

1.     云儿撕成小片。

2.     鸡蛋打散,加入调味料拌匀。

3.     烧热2大匙油,加入虾和浸发云儿炒约6成熟,取出待用。

4.     将以调味的蛋液倒入热锅中快手炒熟。

5.     加入虾和云儿片炒熟即可。

Ingredients :

50g soaked black fungus,     150g prawn (shelled),     4 eggs

Seasonings :

Sugar, pepper powder, salt - all 1/2 tsp

Method :

1.     Shred black fungus into small pieces.

2.     Beat eggs and mix in seasonings.

3.     Heat up 2 tbsp oil, fry prawn and soaked black fungus for about 60% cooked. Remove and set aside.

4.     Pour the seasoned egg in wok, quick fry till cooked.

5.     Add prawn and black fungus, fry till fully cooked.
