姜葱啦啦 Stir-fry Lala with Ginger and Onion

I cook this on last sunday at my mum house.

Early morning we bring the two kids to tamu for jalan-jalan.

The kids are excited to see many people crowded in the tamu.

Pass by a stall and see some beautiful lala.

Buy some for dinner.

炒鲜菇海参 Stir-fry Fresh Mushroom with Sea Cucumber

This is one of my Chinese New Year dish for family.

Sea cucumber ---  My brother brought from KK.

富贵团圆 （贵妃鲍片炒西兰花）

上星期买了一包贵妃鲍片，之后没有头绪不懂要煮什么。

想了想，昨天又看到有新鲜的西兰花，

就是它了。。。。。

把西兰花，为在碟子便，再把鲍片炒香淋在中间。

看起来有比较高贵吗？

新年来道这样的年菜应该很不错吧。

第一次买这贵妃鲍片，味道还蛮不错的。

姜丝炒蛤蜊 Stir-fry Clam with Ginger

这是另外一半 （ 500 克 ）的蛤蜊，

之前一半用来煮汤，这一半用来炒姜丝。

这道料理也很下饭，连我家儿子也吃的津津有味。

蛤蜊鲜汤 Fresh Clam Soup

今天在海边的摊子看到有新鲜的蛤蜊，买了1 公斤回家，RM 5.00 1 公斤 。

本来以为，没有的买，因为接近农历初一，海水涨潮。

我们到海边时真的看到海水涨得很高，把整个沙滩给淹没了。

这蛤蜊是新鲜刚从海里捞上来的。我们还看到他们泡在海里捞呢。

真佩服这些人。要是没有这些人，我们也就没有这美味的蚌类吃。
