I cook this on last sunday at my mum house.
Early morning we bring the two kids to tamu for jalan-jalan.
The kids are excited to see many people crowded in the tamu.
Pass by a stall and see some beautiful lala.
Buy some for dinner.
I just simply cook with ginger and onion.
The more simple way to cook so we can taste the sweetness from the lala.
After bring them home, soak them in the salty water.
I soak until the cooking time then wash and rinse.
Heat the wok, add in some oil.
Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add in the lala and stir-fry.
Add in some hot water, cover with lid and let them to cook for a while.
When the lala is open their mouth means they are cook.
Season with some salt and cooking wine.
Add in spring onion and thicken the gravy with some corn flour solution.
