三款简易鱼料理 Three Simple Fish Recipe


These are three simple fish that i cook for my family for last week.
I post them all today. This moment is busy time.
Busy with kids, works and more and more.
Since i have free time now quickly posting this up.
1.     Fried Fish in Oyster Sauce


This is what i do, simple and easy, and yet yummy.

Clean the fish, pad dry and thinly coated with some corn flour.
Put in the oil and fry until crispy and cook. Set aside.

Prepared the gravy :-

Add some water into a small bowl, add in some dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, 
oyster sauce, sugar, pepper and sesame oil. (Taste to your own)

Left some oil in the wok, add in chopped garlic, shredded ginger, saute until fragrant.
Add in the prepared gravy into the wok.
Let to boiled and taste.
Lastly add in the chopped chinese parsley.
Thicken the gravy with some corn starch solution.
Pour the gravy onto the fish and serve.


2.     Fry Fish with Soy Bean Paste Sauce


Prepared :-

Clean and rinse the fish, chopped into small pieces or your own need.
Deep fry the fish until golden brown and cook. Set aside.

Left some oil in wok, saute the chopped garlic, shredded ginger until fragrant 
and not yet turn into brown.
Add in the chopped soy bean paste, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add in some water, sugar, light soy sauce and stir. Taste.
Add in the fry fish and stir to combine.
Dish up and sprinkle some chopped spring onion on top. 
Serve.



3.     Deep Fry Black Pomfret with Garnishing of Onion 


Lets Prepared :-

Clean and rinse the fish.
Deep fry the fish until golden brown and cook. Set aside.
Left some oil in wok, saute the sliced shallot and garlic until crispy.
Sprinkle the crispy shallot and ginger on top of the fry fish.
Sprinkle some chopped spring onion.
Pour in some black soy sauce. 
Serve. Just simple.
