炒鲜菇海参 Stir-fry Fresh Mushroom with Sea Cucumber


This is one of my Chinese New Year dish for family.
Sea cucumber ---  My brother brought from KK.


He said this called coconut shell sea cucumber because it really look like a coconut shell.


This is the fresh mushroom that we brought from the kundasan fresh market.
This is the thick and good gred is mushroom.



This is the coconut shell sea cucumber.

Ingredients --

Fresh mushroom .......... 1 pack
Sea cucumber .......... 3 pcs (big)
Ginger .......... 5 pcs
Minced garlic .......... 1 tbsp
Celery .......... 1 stalk

Seasoning :

Oysater sauce ......... 1/2 tbsp
Scallop sauce .......... 1/2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce .......... 1/2 tbsp
Sesame oil .......... 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour .......... 1 tsp
Water .......... 1/2 cup

Methods :

1.     Heat wok with some oil, add in the garlic and ginger, saute until fragrant.

2.     Add in the mushroom and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the sea cucumber and the seasoning.

3.     Stir-fry for a while until the gravy thick. Taste.

4.     Lastly add in the cooking wine, celery before dish up.
