乾香椰糖猪肉 Palm Sugar Pork Belly


This is my own create recipe for this fragrant sweet taste pork belly.
I was out of idea on what to cook, open the fridge and look at the ingredient inside.
Then, close it back and walk to the kitchen.
Looking at the pork belly. Ha... ha... have you even been like me?
Crazy thinking on what to cook everyday.
So i just simply do this experiment and lastly their complaint was good.
Ha..... so lucky.

These few days i was busy with the two kids sickness.
The elder coughing, fever and flu. This ellegic boy will difficult to cure if he get flu.
Until now still got slightly fever every evening.
Hai...... Pening kepala i.
The youngerst also fever last two days.
And dr says their are ulser in his throat.
I am scare to here, this cause last year is the same and lastly he was infected with kosaki.
(Hand mouth foot disease).
Luckily this was not again.

The two kids get well and now my turn. 
Filling tired and feel sick. After posting this i have to go rest.
Furthermore, the weather now very bad of haze.
Even here also, every morning can smell the burning.
Take care all my friend. 

 

This is my own create recipe, just simple step and ingredients.
 First chopped the shallot 4 pcs garlic 2 pcs, pork belly sliced, 
Heat wok, add in some oil, garlic and shallot, saute until fragrant, 
Add in the pork belly and stir-fry util turn color, 
Add in dark soy sauce and stir until fragrant. 
Add in water just enough to cover the pork. 
Add in some palm sugar. and cooking wine. 
Turn the heat to medium and cover the lid,
 Braised until the pork belly soft and tender. Taste. 
Remember to stir once a while. 
Lastly turn the heat to high and cook until the gravy reduce to your own like. 
serve.
