This is a simple lunch for the kids when going back from school.
So this is what i cook last week and now just have time to post it.
My kids like vegetable more than meat, so this vege rice is their taste.
But i put in some leave over char siew to enhance the flavor.
This is how i cook :-
Chopped garlic and shallot,
chopped the char siew into small pieces,
pumpkin, carrot and bell pepper cut into small pieces,
1 bowl of cook rice.
Heat wok with some oil, add in the garlic and shallot, saute until fragrant, add in all the vege and char siew, continuous to mix and stir. Add in the rice and stir until all combined.
Season with some light soy sauce, pepper and oyster sauce.
Stir to mix until all combined and fragrant.
After lunch, this is the fruits serve for the two kids.
