Walnut Cookies

Nothing to said about this biscuit,
just love the crunchy and crispy from this biscuit.
If you like walnut and you must love this.
I made this for one of my CNY cookies.
Actually this is much like by the old folk.
I get this recipe from Qi qi in the house.

核桃碎 60g(烤香捣碎)

 Plain flour 200g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Icing sugar 90g
Corn oil 110 g
Egg 20 g
Crush walnut 60g (roasted and grind)

1. Sift all the flour mixture, put in the walnut and combine, set aside.
2. Mix together egg, sugar and oil.
3. Pour in the flour mixture and walnut into No. 2, until it form a dough.
4. Take a small portion and made into a small ball. Put in the baking pan and press slowly.
5. Spread some egg wash on the surface and put in the pre-heated oven 150 C for about 20 mins or until golden brown.
