Nothing to said about this biscuit,
just love the crunchy and crispy from this biscuit.
If you like walnut and you must love this.
I made this for one of my CNY cookies.
Actually this is much like by the old folk.
普通面粉 200g
发粉 1/2tsp
苏打粉 1/4tsp
细糖 90g
粟米油 110g
鸡蛋 20g
核桃碎 60g(烤香捣碎)
做法:
1)粉类混合过筛备用。
2)全蛋液、细糖,和油搅打均匀。
3)将核桃碎加入粉类拌匀,再将粉类倒入做法(2)中拌匀成团。
4)取一小面团,揉成圆球,压扁,排入烤盘。
5)表面刷上蛋液,放入预热烤箱烤至表面金黄色即可。(我做的蛮大块,以140°-烘烤25分钟)

Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Icing sugar 90g
Corn oil 110 g
Egg 20 g
Crush walnut 60g (roasted and grind)
1. Sift all the flour mixture, put in the walnut and combine, set aside.
2. Mix together egg, sugar and oil.
3. Pour in the flour mixture and walnut into No. 2, until it form a dough.
4. Take a small portion and made into a small ball. Put in the baking pan and press slowly.
5. Spread some egg wash on the surface and put in the pre-heated oven 150 C for about 20 mins or until golden brown.
