they must request this sweet soup.
This afternoon, they also having a bowl of this sweet soup.
This is very nutritious.
If you like the crunchy texture of the white fungus,
then you must not over cook them.
Some dry longan
Some red dates
Some lotus seeds
Some white fungus
Adequate of rock sugar
1. Soak the lotus seeds and white fungus till soft.
2. Remove the plumule from the lotus seeds.
3. Bring the water to boil, add in red dates, lotus seeds, white fungus and dry longan.
4. Finally, add in adequate rock sugar.
