自制豆浆水 Homemade Soy Bean Milk





Recipe from : Spice Up My Kitchen

材料

150g            黄豆 - 洗净后,我浸泡过夜     Soy bean - wash and soak over night

900ml          水 (Water)

几片             香兰叶 - 打结      (Pandan leaves)

适量             冰糖      (Rock sugar)
 
步骤 methods :

1.    把浸发后的黄豆,加入 600 ml 水,用搅拌机搅烂,倒入纱布网里,加入香兰叶,再加入 300 ml 水,开火煮至滚开,转小火,让豆浆水再煮10 - 15分钟,加入冰糖,煮溶后,熄火,即可。

Put the soy bean in the blender, add in 600 ml water, blended until smooth. Pour in the cloth bag, add in pandan leave, another 300 ml water, bring to boil, turn to low heat and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes. Add in rock sugar, bring to boil. Remove from heat.

[ 备注:豆浆很快煮滚,煮滚后,必须打开锅盖一点,以免豆浆水全都流出来。]
