豆渣戚风蛋糕 Okara Chiffon Cake


Soy bean is a very nutrition food.
After we produce the soy milk, the left okara i keep in the fridge.
Today i am using this okara to make a chiffon cake.
The cake was so soft and very fragrant.


Have been eating this before? 
If you have made soy bean, remember to keep the okara.
It can be use to make many kind of food, 
such as pancake, biscuit, or using it to replace meat for the vegetarian.

材料     Ingredients :

鸡蛋          4个、Egg     4 nos

细砂糖          55克     +     20克、     Sugar      55 g + 20 g

豆渣          153克、     Okara     150 g

低粉          70克、     Super fine flour     70 g

橄榄油          45克、     Corn oil     45 g

白醋          几滴、     Few drops of vinegar/ tatar powder

瓜子仁          少许 (没放)

做法 Methods :

1、将鸡蛋分开成蛋黄和蛋清,分别放在两个盆儿里,确保盆儿里干净干燥;
      Separated the egg yolk and white, put in the different mixing bowl, the bowl must clean and dry.

2、分别称出所有原料,将细砂糖(20克)、橄榄油、豆渣放入蛋黄中搅拌均匀,再筛入低粉搅拌均匀即为蛋黄糊;
      In the egg yolk add in sugar, oil, and okara, mix well, sifted in superfine flour, stir well to combined.

3、在蛋清中加入几滴白醋,开始打蛋清,中间分三次加入42克细砂糖,打至硬性发泡即为蛋白霜;
      In the egg white add in few drops of vinegar, and beat, put in the sugar in three batch. Beat until stiff peak.

4、用橡皮刮刀舀一坨蛋白霜与蛋黄糊混合翻拌均匀,再将蛋黄糊全部倒入蛋白霜中,翻拌均匀即为蛋糕糊;
    Use a spatula to take 1/3 portion of the egg white and mix into the egg yolk batter, continue until all done.

5、将蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中,轻轻磕出大气泡,表明放些瓜子仁做装饰;
      Pour the better in the cake pan, heat 2 times on the table.

6、放入预热好的烤箱中层,175度烤制40分钟,时间到用牙签试试熟了没有再出炉;(我用 150 度烤 35 分钟-下火)
      Put in the pre-heated oven and bake at 150 C for 35 minutes, insert a skewer and come out clean.
