I have quite a long time didn't make this Beancurd Roll.
In this version i an using the pork meat for the filling.
I like the fragrant of the meat roll after frying.
And if you like the soft skin you can have it steamed after you fry.
It is also taste good.
A dipping sauce of thai chilli sauce or simply tomato sauce.
Actually for the filling you can choose any ingredients that you like.
Adding prawns also make this very delicious.
Beancurd skin, minced pork, chopped mushroom, chopped carrots, some chopped coriander leave, some water chestnut, some spring onion.
Light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and sugar, some corn flour, some pepper, some egg,
Mix all the ingredients and seasoning together in a large bowl, mix into filling.
Place a pieces of beancurd skin on the table (the size depending to you), place the filling onto the beancurd skin and wrap. Roll up and seal the edge with some cornstarch.
Heat some oil in the pan, fry the bean curd wrapped in medium low heat until crispy and cooked.
Dish out and drain, serve hot with some dipping sauce.
