可可奶油蛋糕卷 Chocolate Butter Swiss Roll


This is my first time making this kind of cake.
It looks very ugly, but the taste was so good, full of chocolate.
I really done know how to roll this cake, i think have to do more and more practice.
Although it looks ugly i have to share with you also cause the taste was so good.
It was full of chocolate flavor. Who love chocolate must be love this.
Next time i have to make a beautiful roll and show you again.

Ingredients :

鸡蛋          4 粒     Egg     4 nos
幼糖          80 g     Castor sugar     80 g
面粉          80 g     Plain flour     80 g
可可粉          20 g     Cocoa powder     20 g
苏打粉          1/4 茶匙     Soda Powder     1/4 tsp
粟米油          60 g     Corn oil     60 g


Methods:

1.     烤盘铺纸备用,面粉,可可粉和苏打粉混合均匀。
Line the baking pan with baking paper. Mix together plain flour, cocoa powder and soda powder. Set aside.

2.     鸡蛋打至起泡,一次加入糖打至面糊滴落不会马上消失的状态。
Beat the egg until frothy, add in the sugar and beat until the ribbon stage.

3.     筛入一半的粉类,用刮刀轻轻拌匀,再筛入其余的面粉,继续搅拌均匀。
Shift in half of the mix flour, use a spatula and mix it slowly, sift in the other half and  continue to mix.

4.     取少许面糊与粟米油拌匀,接着倒回面糊内,搅拌均匀。
Take a scoop of the batter and mix with the corn oil, then pour into the batter and mix well.

5.     将面糊倒入准备好的烤盘内,送人预热烤箱以 150 度烘烤 约 20分钟即可。
Pour the batter into the ready baking pan, put in the pre-heated oven at 150 C for about 20 minutes.

### 奶油霜     Butter Cream ###

牛油/奶油Butter    50 g          糖粉Castoe sugar     50 g

以上两者混合一起搅拌至白即可,备用。
Mix the above ingredient until pale and sugar dissolved, set aside.

卷上Roll up :

巧克力蛋糕体冷却后,涂上牛油霜,慢慢卷起。
When the chocolate cake is cool down, spread on the butter cream and roll up the cake slowly.
