梅酱三文鱼 Salmon Fillet in Plum Sauce

 

你们相信吗,我这么大一个人还是第一次吃这三文鱼呢?
在部落格里看到朋友们都是用三文鱼,真的很好奇它的味道是怎样。
结果就到冷藏店看看。 哈哈。。。 真的有啊。
太好了,终于可以吃到了。

This is my first time i taste and cook a salmon fish. Before this i always saw bloggers friend cooking with salmon fish, and i was curious what is the taste. I went to the cold storage and i am so lucky that i saw the salmon fillet sold there.  
买了回家,又是一个问题出现了。我该怎么煮呢???
上网到Wendy in kk Blog 看到她的料理,被吸引了。
她家的版本是煮乾的,我就来个湿的,酱汁可以给孩子捞饭吃。
甜甜的喜欢最爱了。
After home, i got one question on mind, how am i going to cook this???
I was attracted by the recipe from Wendy in kk Blog .
But in my version i have it with some gravy for my kids to have it with rice.
Kids will like this sweet and fragrant gravy.
This dish is really tasty and yummy.


Ingredients :

Salmon fillet ..... 1 pc (300g)
sesame ..... some

Sauce :

ginger juice ..... 1 tsp
plum sauce ..... 1 1/2 tbsp
dark soy sauce ..... 1/4 tsp
sugar ..... 1 tsp 
salt ..... 1/4 tsp
water ..... 1/3 cup

Methods :

1.     Pan fry the salmon fillet until golden color and cook on both side, drain and set aside.

2.     Pour the sauce into the saucepan and cook till boiled and become thicken.

3.     Put in the salmon fish and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.

4.     Dish up and sprinkle some sesame on top. Serve.
