芒果鱼 Mango Fish


Mango----I thinks everyone will like this fruit. 
It can be eaten in raw or cook, and for dessert or juice also nice.
Last week i saw this unripe mango selling in the market and buy some home.


Until today i just realized that i haven try this dish when i clear my fridge.
The recipe i adapted  from "Fish Recipe Cook Book  鱼乐无穷".
You have to try this, this is really simple and yet delicious.

Ingredients :

1 ..... red tilapia or grouper
1 ..... unripe manggo - stripped
some ..... spring onion - sectioned
10 g ..... carrot strips
3 ..... bird's eye chillies - chopped
15 g ..... fried peanuts
10 g ..... dried shrimps - fried
1 tbsp ..... cornstarch
dash of salt
1 tbsp ..... rice wine ( i not add)
1 tsp ..... soy sauce
1 tsp ..... fish sauce
3 tbsp ..... Thai chilles sauce

Methods :

1.     Clean the fish and season with some salt and rice wine for 1/2 an hours.

2.     Coated with cornstarch, deep fry until golden brown, set aside.

3.     Combine manggo strips, carrot strips, spring onion, chillies, dried shrimps, peanuts, fish sauce, soy sauce and Thai chillies sauce. I also added i tbsp of water and 1 tsp of sugar. Mix together.

4.     Put the fish in the serving plate and arrange the mango mixture on top of the fish.
