泰式蒜蓉蒸鱼 Thai Style Garlic Steam Fish


Recently i saw some blog friend also cooking this yummy dish and all comment good.
I decide to get this a try. This is really yummy and i like this.
It is simple and yummy. 
最近看到有一些部落格朋友都在煮这道料理,也很推荐。
所以,我也决定来试一试。这道料理真的很不错,我喜欢。
这是好吃又简单的一道料理。

刚好今天也有卖的新鲜的鱼。吃这料理一定要加上小辣椒,味道才更棒。
因为我家还有两个小孩一起用餐所以不能加入辣椒。
下次吧,我会分开,这样就可以吃到酸辣的泰式蒸鱼啦。
Today i get a fresh fish from the market and this is really suite for this recipe.
When you have this, the chilli padi was really cant miss in this recipe.
I not put in the chilli padi  cause my kids will be having this also.
Next time when i cook this, i will separated them and must add in the chilli.
No chilli in this dish will spoiled some of the flavor.

材料
  • 鱼 。。。。。 1 条(约500 g) Fish ..... 1 pc (about 500 g)
  • 蒜头 。。。。。8-10瓣(剁细)Garlic ..... 8 - 10 cloves(chopped)
  • 小辣椒 。。。。。 4-5根(切碎)Chilli Padi ..... 4 - 5 (finely chopped)
  • 芫茜 。。。。。 适量Coriander leave ..... some
 
调味汁 Seasoning :
  • 青柠檬汁 。。。。。2Tbsp                                      Lime juice ......2 tbsp
  • 白糖 。。。。。1Tbsp                                             Sugar .....1 tbsp
  • 麻油 。。。。。1/2Tbsp                                          Sesame oil .....1/2 tbsp
  • 鱼露 1Tbsp
 
做法
  • 把鱼洗净抹干水分,把剁碎了的蒜头,小辣椒全部加入调味汁里,搅拌均匀,倒在鱼的表面上,放入滚热的蒸笼里,大火蒸7-8分钟,取出,撒上芫茜,就可以吃了!
         Clean the fish and pat dry, chopped the garlic, chilli padi and mix all into the seasoning, leave it for 15 minutes. Pour the juice onto the fish and steamed in high heat for 7-8 minutes, remove and put on some coriander leave, serve hot.
