Tonight dinner we have just two simple dish.
Stir Fry Squid in Dark Soy Sauce and French Bean with Chicken.
My father likes to cook squid with dark soy sauce when we are still young,
and we love to have the gravy with rice.
French bean ----- my two kids love this vegetable very much.
They can just eat this with rice, but want more and more bean with them.
So every times i cook this, must cook in a large amount.
墨鱼 1 只（大）切花纹， 姜片 6 片，蒜蓉及葱茸个 1 大匙， 洋葱 1 粒（小）切片，青葱 2 棵 切段， 芹菜 1 棵切段
Squid 1(big)slash crisscross， ginger 6 slices, chopped garlic and shallots 1 tbsp, onion 1 (slices), spring onion 2 stalk(sectioned), celery 1 stalk(sectioned)
调味料 Seasoning ：
黑酱油 1汤匙， 蚝油 1汤匙，麻油 1 茶匙， 绍兴酒 1 tbsp，
糖和盐适量，清水 1/2 杯，粟粉水适量
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp, oyster sauce 1 tbsp, sesame oil 1 tsp, shaoxing wine 1 tbsp, sugar and salt to taste, water 1/2 cup, corn starch adequate
先将墨鱼用热水烫过。 热油锅，炒香蒜蓉，葱茸,洋葱及姜片。 下墨鱼炒片刻，倒入调味料，焖煮 10 分钟，放入葱段及芹菜兜抄，下粟粉水勾芡，即可上桌。
Scald the squid into boiling water until flower shape is formed. Heat oil, pan fry shallots, garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant. Add in squids and stir-fry, pour in the seasoning, simmer for 10 mins, add in spring onion and celery. Taste. Thicken with cornstarch and ready to serve.
