Recipe from : Auntie's Yummy
Ingredients :
Tilapia fish / any kind of fish ..... 700 g
1/2 ..... onion (cut into wedges)
1 ..... eggplant (sections)
1 ..... red chilli (seeded, wedges)
1 stalk ..... celery (wedged)
Seasoning :
1 tbsp ..... Thai sauce
1/2 tbsp ..... spicy preserved beans paste
300 ml ..... water
2 tsp ..... Lea Perrins sauce
1/2 tbsp ..... tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp ..... sugar
2 tsp ..... sesame oil
1/2 tbsp ..... sour plum sauce
《Methods》
1. Heat wok with some oil, add in fish and fry on both side of the fish until crispy and cooked. Dish out.
2. Heat up wok with a bit oil, put in the remaining ingredients into the wok, fry till fragrant. Pour in seasoning, cook till bubbles and thickens, dish out and pour over pan fry fish and serve.
