香喷喷的芝士小面包 So Soft Cheese Bun


最近我的部落格有一些问题。
朋友都不能再我的部落格里留言,而有些朋友留言了,可是我却不能回复他们的留言。
也不知是我的部落格有问题呢?还是Google出了什么问题。
到底我该怎么做呢?嗨!!!!!
Recently,my blog have some problem.
Some friends can't leave comment in my blog, and some have leave their comment but i can't reply to them.
Don't know is my blog problem or the Google problem.
What should i do with this problems???? Hai ...!!! 


 昨天晚上逛 Giant 时,买了一块 Cheedar Cheese, 想要尝试做小面包。
找了一会部落格,决定尝试 Butter.Flour & Me 家的食谱。
这食谱真的太好了,面包出炉非常的柔软和香。
Yesterday nigh when we go shopping at Giant, i have buy  a block of Cheddar Cheese and wanted to try making cheese bun. After searching, i decide to try the recipe from Butter.Flour & Me .
And the result is, i am so happy with the bun. It is so soft and fragrant.

材料  Ingredients :

高粉 。。。。。 300 克     High protein flour ..... 300 g
黄糖 。。。。。 45 克     Brown sugar ..... 45 g
盐 。。。。。 2 克     Salt ..... 2 g
牛奶 。。。。。 200 克     Fresh Milk ..... 200 g
牛油 。。。。。 20 克     Butter ..... 20 g
速发酵母 。。。。。 5 克     Instant yeast ..... 5 g

做法 Methods :

1。     将所以材料放入搅拌缸(除牛油外)搅拌光滑后,
加入牛油揉至光滑有弹性,盖好让面团第一次发酵1小时。                  Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl except butter, mix till smooth, add in butter and knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover with cling film and let to prove for 1 hour.
2。     把面团排气,平均分割成 50 克 1 份。
搓圆放入松弛10分钟。
          Knead to punch out the air, weight 50 g per pieces, roll up and rest for 10 minutes.

3。    取出小面团,用木棍捏平弄成长形。卷起搓圆。
把搓好的小面团放入涂了油的烤模里。                                                   Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into oblong shape, roll up. Place the small dough into the grease baking pan.

4。     盖上保鲜膜,让面团进行第2次发酵约 45 分钟。 
           Cover with cling film, let to prove for the 2nd time about 45 minutes.

5。     发酵后,在面包表层撒上适量芝司丝。
           After proofing, spread some shredded cheddar cheese on top.

6。     烤箱预热,150度烘烤大约20 - 25分钟。面包出炉后,撒上适量的粗糖即可
         Pre-heat oven at 150 C and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. After cook spread some sugat on top of the bun whenit just come out from the oven.
