虾米香葱煎饼 + 滋润菊花茶 Pancake with Dry Shrimp and Onion + Chrysanthemum Tea


下午茶时间,在家吃个简单又美味的煎饼,再加上一杯滋润的菊花茶。
有什么不这简单的还要下午好???

准备好茶点,在吃的当儿来看部电影也是不错的享受。
有时总觉得人生简单就好。

Tea time, at home have a piece of pancake and a glass of Chrysanthemum Tea.
What a simple and enjoyable afternoon.

After preparing the pancake and tea, we have a movie at home.
Just to relax and life is simple is better.

菊花茶---选用了  Ah Tee kitchen 得食谱。
这菊花茶泡起来可真的好喝哦。
Chrysanthemum Tea-----recipe from Ah Tee kitchen.
This is really a good drink and tasty.

准备面粉浆,加入葱花,红萝卜丝,炒香的虾米碎,糖,盐,胡椒粉。
搅拌均匀。
用汤勺滔一汤匙倒入平底锅,慢火煎至两面微黄及熟透即可。

Prepare a flour mixture, add in spring onion, shredded carrot, fragrant minced dry shrimp, sugar, salt, pepper. Mix all till the mixture well combined.

Use a small ladle, scoop a spoon full of the flour mixture onto the frying pan and pan fry until both side turn brownish and cook.  



菊花茶--- 用菊花 10 朵 (洗净,热水烫过),枸杞 2 茶匙,红枣 3 粒(洗净,切丝),
把以上所以材料放入茶壶内,倒入 500 毫升热水,冰糖 1 汤匙,搅拌好,
让菊花茶浸泡 10 分钟即可享用。

Chrysanthemum Tea----Chrysanthemum 10 pcs, (wash and drain), wolf-berry 2 tsp, 
red dates 3 pcs (wash and shredded), 
put all the ingredients into a pot, pour in 500 ml hot water, rock sugar 1 tbsp, stir well until sugar dissolved,
let it soak in the hot water for 10 minutes before serving.
