Oreo Chiffon Cake



这蛋糕在 Siewhwei 80 家看到,看起来很好吃,再加上放了 oreo 饼干。
我想味道应该是很好吧。

家里两个小孩有吃剩下一半条的 oreo 饼,不如试一试啦。
蛋糕果然很香。而且我还用了豆浆水来做这蛋糕。
我家的鸡蛋也是超小的所以我用了 5 粒。
说是 B size 的鸡蛋,我看啊,是吧 C 级的蛋当 B 级的卖。
不过这蛋糕在烤箱内就香死了。

两个小瓜等下睡醒起来又有蛋糕吃啦。
诚诚仔一直叫我做巧克力蛋糕给他,
家里没了可可粉,不能做,就用这蛋糕代替吧。
希望他会喜欢咯,有他爱吃的 Oreo 饼干在里面。
不要等下他又说,妈咪吃不到Oreo 饼干的????
哈哈。。。 那我就要晕倒了。嘻。。。。

食谱参考 : Siew Hwei Kitchen (自己做了少许的更改)

Ingredients :

( A ) 65 g ..... Oreo biscuits,  lightly pulverized together with the cream

( B ) 5 ..... egg yolk
        10 g ..... sugar
        60 g ..... soy milk
        60 g ..... corn oil
        100 g ..... plain flour (sifted)

( C ) 5 ..... egg white
        1/2 tsp of tartar
        40 g sugar

Methods :

1.     Mix egg yolk with sugar and beat until egg yolk turn to pale in colour. Add in oil and milk. Then sifted in the flour. Combine with a whisk until smooth.

2.     Beat egg white until frothy, put in cream of tartar and sugar gradually. Beat until stiff peaks.

3.     Fold in 1/3 of the egg white into the egg mixture. Continue with the remaining egg white.

4.     Put the pulverized oreo into the batter and fold until well combined.

5.     Pour the batter into a ungreased tube pan and bake at 160 C for 35 mins.

6.     Invert immediately upon removal from the oven. Wait for it to cool tatally before removing from the cake pan.
