之前买了一条还蛮大的马鲛鱼,用来煎至香,配上咸香的黄豆酱和姜丝,好下饭咯。
马鲛鱼的肉丰厚,没有太多的骨刺,小孩也容易吃。
这是一道既简单又好味的料理。
I have buy a mackerel from the wet market and it is quite a big fish. I fry them with the soy bean paste and shredded ginger. This is just nice to eat with hot steam rice.
Mackerel is meaty and it is good for my kids.
This is a very simple dish yet it is very delicious.

材料 Ingredients :
马鲛鱼 。。。。。 1 条 (切段)
Mackerel 。。。。。 1 (cut into pieces)
黄豆酱 。。。。。 1 大匙(剁碎)
Soy bean paste 。。。。。 1 tbsp
姜 。。。。。 1 块(切丝)
Ginger 。。。。。 1 pc (shredded)
蒜蓉 。。。。。 1 大匙
Minced garlic 。。。。。 1 tbsp
葱茸 。。。。。 1 大匙
Minced shallot 。。。。。 1 tbsp
青葱 。。。。。 1 棵(切粒)
Spring onion 。。。。。 1 stalk
调味料 Seasoning :
酱青 。。。。。 1 汤匙
Light soy sauce .。。。。 1 tbsp
糖 。。。。。 2 茶匙
Sugar .。。。。 2 tsp
盐适量
Salt to taste
清水 。。。。。 3 汤匙
Water 。。。。。 3 tbsp
做法 Methods :
1. 将马鲛鱼洗净,切块,放入热油中煎至香及熟,捞起,备用。
Mackerel clean and cut into pieces, fry them until fragrant and cooked, dish out, set aside.
2. 烧热 5 汤匙油,炒香蒜蓉,葱茸和姜丝,转小火,加入黄豆酱碎炒香。
Heat 5 tbsp of oil in wok, stir-fry minced garlic, shallot and ginger shredded until fragrant, turn to low heat and add in soy bean paste stir well until aromatic.
3. 加入调味料拌炒片刻,熄火。把酱汁淋上做法( 1 ) 的鱼上,撒上葱花即可。
Season with seasoning and stir for a while, turn of the frame. Pour the sauce onto ( 1 ) the fish, sprinkle with spring onion and serve.
