Today i m cooking curry chicken for my family.
This recipe i don refer to any books or sauce,
just the ingredients i have in my fridge.
i also didn't add in too much oil, and the potato i not fry in this version.
Hope to reduce oil in our cooking, and make it more healthy.
Although, there is not many ingredients but still very aromatic,
and delicious. But just not taste spicy.
So that my two kids can have it for there dinner.
My elder son love it when he first try it.
He though this is a tomato sauce,and ask more and more.
But i not dare to let him eat too much.
Rushing time today when i cook, so i not manage to weight all the ingredients.
Next time, sure have to record it for my refer.
Chicken, cut into pieces, set aside.
马铃薯 2 粒，切块。
Potato, cut into pieces.
研磨材料有 ： 红辣椒 2 条， 辣椒干 3 条， 蒜米 3 瓣， 红葱 8 粒，
豆蔻 1 粒，咖哩粉 1 汤匙，2 汤匙水, 香茅 1 棵。
Grind ingredients : red chilli 2 pcs, dry chilli 3 pcs, garlic 3 cloves, red onions 8 pcs,
candlenut 1 pc, curry powder 1 tbsp, water 2 tbsp, Lemongrass 1 stalk.
In a wok, add in oil, low heat stir-fry the grind ingredients until aromatic and glossy.
Add in the chicken and potato, stir well.
Add in some coconut milk and water to cover the chicken, stew in low heat until the potato is soft.
lastly, add in another half of the coconut milk and boil, season with salt and sugar to taste.
Cook until the gravy is thick.
