松软香蕉蛋糕 Spongy Banana Cake


家里还剩下几条香蕉,快要烂掉了。快快来把它拿来做蛋糕吧。

选了 Sonia-Nasi Lemak Lover 的食谱。

这蛋糕真的很软,很软,很好吃。要谢谢她的这个食谱。

我在蛋糕上放了些 Chocolate Chip,给蛋糕增加了香脆感。

I have made some changes on this recipe.

Ingredients :

3 eggs
130g sugar
200g banana
150g cake flour   #
1/2 tsp baking powder   #
1/4 tsp baking soda   #
100g corn oil
1/2 tsp banana essence/ vanila

# i have change this remark item and replace with "self-raising flour"

Methods :

1.     Preheat oven to 150 C.

2.     Grease and line a pan with paper.

3.     Sieve flour,baking powder, baking soda together. (Sieve self-raising flour)  Sieve twice and set aside.

4.     Beat egg. sugar, banana essence and banana at max speed until stiff.

5.     Fold in flour and mix well.

6.     Add in cron oil and mix well batter is shiny and flowing.

7.     Bake at 150 C for 40 -45 minutes.
