釀玉环 Stuff Jade Ring

 

这道菜肴的名字是我取的哦，釀玉环。好听吗？

所谓的玉环，也就是青瓜啦。

给他一个高贵的名字。儿子超爱吃。单单一个人就吃了4个了。

I name this recipe with Jade Ring, is that ok?

Ha... Why? Actually is stuff cucumber, but i give them a special name.

Do the cucumber ring just look like a jade?

My son love this very much. He can eat round 4 pcs and ask for more.

蚝油炸肉丸了 Meat Ball in Oyster Sauce

 

Kids favorite dish. Meat ball.

I fry this meat ball and then cook oyster sauce 

so the kids have some gravy for their rice.

Easy and simple.

And yet taste good.

乾香椰糖猪肉 Palm Sugar Pork Belly

This is my own create recipe for this fragrant sweet taste pork belly.

I was out of idea on what to cook, open the fridge and look at the ingredient inside.

Then, close it back and walk to the kitchen.

Looking at the pork belly. Ha... ha... have you even been like me?

焖南乳猪肉和芽菇 Braised Nam Yee Pork Belly and Arrowhead

I buy some arrowhead to cook this dish and this is very flavorful dish.

Actually this arrowhead is going to make crispy snack,

but out of idea on what to cook and saw this in the fridge,

better cook this for dinner la......

肉碎茄子 Minced Pork with Egg-plant

I have not cook this dish for a long time.

I like egg-plant very much, no matter what method to cook it.

红煼炒肉片 Fermented Red Rice with Pork Sliced

Fermented Red Rice ----- is Fuzhou (福州) people made this.

In my place here are difficult to find this, only in one restaurant have this.

I eat the fermented red rice chicken there, and i love that.

I ask to the restaurant owner when can i buy this fermented red rice.

She smile and tell me that she have, and sell here.

Oh... good, i want to buy.

自制水饺 Homemade Dumpling

 

I went to the market this morning and buy one packet of dumpling skin.

After home i have no idea on what to do with this.

I have no idea on what to cook for the dinner.

腐皮猪肉卷 Beancurd Meat Roll

I have quite a long time didn't make this Beancurd Roll.

In this version i an using the pork meat for the filling.

I like the fragrant of the meat roll after frying. 

And if you like the soft skin you can have it steamed after you fry.

It is also taste good. 

亚叁猪肉 Tamarind Pork

Again this is a Nyonya style cuisine. A vey simple and appetizing dish.

If you like assam you must like this.

I have been so long didn't have this.

This is what we sure will eat this during our confinement periods.

I love this very much. My family all love this dish.

泰式肉片 Thai Meat Slices

Actually what i am going to cook is another version of meat slices

 with adding the tom yam sauce.

But when all is done and i search at my pantry then ... 

Oh no. where is my tom yam sauce.

Quickly i change it into another type of sauce using thai chilli sauce as well.

薯仔焖火腩 Simmer Potato with Roasted Pork

这两天都在忙着跟病菌搏斗。全家都被病菌给轻浮了。

而这病菌超强的，根据医生说就这几天就有 100 宗。

就连以上一家五口也被这细菌感染。可怕。

先是发高烧，接着就是吐和泄。最可怜就是两个小孩，完全不能吃喝。

大哥哥吐了一个晚上，而且还脱水了。

刚才才可以吃一小碗粥。希望他们快快好起来。

This two days i have been busy with sickness.

Whole family get infected with virus and bacteria.

Start is high fever then diarrhea after that vomit.

The most serious is my elder son. He start vomit in the evening until night.

The whole night just cant sleep at all, continue to vomit.

Just can eat a little bit porridge today.

Hope they will getting well soon. 

梅酱裹肌肉 Pork Loin with Plum Sauce

又到星期天了，又是家庭聚餐的日子。

每个星期天这我们的家庭聚餐日，我们都会一起吃晚餐。

吃完大家一起聊聊天，一起逛超级市场，或在家好好的享受电视剧。

Oh... Is sunday again, is the day for family gathering.

Every sunday is our family gathering dinner day, we all have dinner together.

Have a chat, or go shopping together, or enjoy our movie.

The important is we have our day in happy. 

翡翠炒肉片 Stir Fried Pork Slices with Lotus Root

我个人喜好吃莲藕，不单是用来煲汤还有用来炒。

喜欢他那脆脆的口感。

再配上一下脆脆的蔬菜，美味极了。

I like lotus root not only for soup but also in stir fry.

I like the crunchiness when we bite.

Mix with other vegetable that have the same crunch. yummy.

回家晚餐 Dinner with Family

酸梅酱煮鱼 Plum Sauce Fish

鱼炸至熟及香脆，爆香蒜米，加入洋葱拌炒，倒入酸梅酱和少许番茄酱及适量水煮滚，淋在鱼上即可。

清炒玻璃生菜  Stir-fry Shang Coi

爆香蒜米，倒入玻璃生菜炒香，下盐调味即可。

焖 Kurma 鸡肉   Braised Chicken with Maggi Kurma Powder

用了maggi Kurma 鸡粉加入 3 汤匙水调匀，热油锅倒入香料炒香，放入鸡肉块，炒至鸡肉半熟，倒入2 杯水焖约 20 分钟，最后加入淡奶拌炒均匀。

肉碎蒸蛋  Steamed Egg with Minced Pork

猪肉剁至烂，鸡蛋 3 粒打散，加入3 粒鸡蛋壳的清水，加入盐，胡椒粉搅拌均匀。

倒入碗内放入碗中，放入蒸锅蒸至熟即可。淋上蒜酥和蒜油倒入少许酱清即可。

木瓜粟米排骨汤  Papaya Sweet Corn Pork Ribs Soup

把汤锅水煮滚，放入排骨，切块的青木瓜，粟米大火煮滚，转慢火煮约 1 小时即可.

下盐调味。

客家焖炸肉 Hakka Braise Meat

冰箱里剩下一块五花肉，用来焖这超下饭的料理。

味道一级棒，好香，好够味。

煮好时，天色已经暗了，所以照片都会比较暗。

姜葱猪肉 Stir Fry Pork with Ginger

这是我爸爸的拿手料理。

这料理很长出现在我家的餐桌上。

我们都喜欢把它配上多多的炸葱酥一起吃。

两个小孩也很喜欢。不是很爱吃肉的诚诚仔也吃很多。

最重要是要买的软嫩的肉，配上姜和葱的香味，

满屋香喷喷了。

香煎肉饼 Shallow Fried meat Cake

今天天气转凉了，一大早就下了一场大雨。这个时候刚好要载两个小孩去上学，

雨却下的那么大。只好等雨停了点在送他们上学。幸亏雨不是下很久， 10 分钟后就小了。

赶快送两个小瓜上学。

下了一场雨，空气也变的凉了，清新多了。

不知其他地方是否也有下雨呢？

希望靠着下雨可以把这污染的烟霾给冲淡。

回复我们蔚蓝的天空和，干净的空气。

拌炒烧肉热羊角豆 Stir-fry Lady Fingers with Roasted Pork

这是之前的料理，今天有时间快快的 post 上来。

又是一道既简单又美味的料理。

不懂是不是每个人都爱吃烧热，

不过我是很喜欢啦。

喜欢它烧得脆脆的皮和咸香的肉。

今天来个香香的豆豉蒸排骨。

味道香浓，又很下饭。

这道料理凡事在点心茶楼都可以找得到。

今天用了“蒸功夫‘食谱书里的做法。

我超喜欢这本书的料理。
