紫薯面包 Purple Sweet Potqto Bun

I have been quite a long time did not bake any bun or bread.

I have some  left over purple sweet potato so i decide to try this.

The bread is so soft and full of sweet potato smell.

I like this.

This is the first bread i made in this 2014.

Ha ha..... but this bread loaf is really soft texture.

I like the smell from the oven, it is so fragrant.

I top it with cheddar cheese and sugar.

And this is a good start for me to continuous my blogging journey.

No knead bread, this is what i want to try.

I am curious about how bread can be done with no knead the dough?

香软----牛奶面包 So Soft----Kopitiam Milk Bun

Today i am baking bun again, and is the famous bun by almost all bloggers.

Hi..... Hi......... i like this bun, the texture is so soft although you put it over until the next day.

Actually i m making the bun kosong, but my cake pan is small and just can put in 9 pcs of dough,

and the two left so where should i put them????

So just roll them up and put in the baking paper and spread on some shredded cheddar cheese.

也不知是我的部落格有问题呢？还是Google出了什么问题。

Recently,my blog have some problem.

Some friends can't leave comment in my blog, and some have leave their comment but i can't reply to them.

Don't know is my blog problem or the Google problem.

Pandan 微波面包 Pandan Roll Bun

除了kopitiam milk bun 最受欢迎以外，这也是一款炒软超好吃的面包。

这是加了 Pandan 香的面包，简单的就这样拿来吃也很好吃，

或配上咖亚也一样美味。

This is another kind of bread that famous among the blog, beside the kopitiam milk bun.

This time i am adding pandan paste into the dough. It is yummy with only plain bun or spread it with some kaya, it is also yummy.

Wholemeal Walnut Raisin Bun 全麦核桃葡萄干面包

昨天在烘培店买了一包全麦面粉打算来试试看自己烘全麦面包。

之前有朋友送来了一些健康面包给我们，今天我就做了这款面包让她尝尝。

希望她会喜欢。

Yesterday i have buy a pack of wholemeal powder in the bakery, decide to try making wholemeal bun by myself. Last few day my friend has give me some healthy bun made by herself, so today i m making this bun and send some to her.  Hope  she will like this.

巧克力牛奶面包 Chocolate Milk Bun

这是我第一次尝试用冷藏夜种的方法做面包。

前天在 Nasi Lemak Lover 家看到她那漂亮的面包就想尝试。

结果昨天晚上临睡前就准备了这冷藏夜种，

放在冰箱里，第二天中午才拿出来制作。

自家烤箱很久没有飘来面包香了。

今天就让这烤箱散发出香味扑鼻的面包味吧。

冰箱里还有蔓越莓干和一包葡萄干。

再不把葡萄干用掉，就要被他吞到肚子里的了。

面包卷里放了核桃碎，蔓越莓干和一包葡萄干。

另外一款是芝麻的，里面kosong没有馅料。

今天突然想吃沙丁鱼面包。

橱柜里还有一个沙丁鱼刚好可以开工啦。

面包用了之前的食谱。

诚诚一个人就吃掉一粒大的面包。

弟弟吃了一个小粒的。

因为，这面包真的，好软好软。

中种 --- 微波面包

之前看到很多部落格朋友都在做这种微波面包，

自己切没有时间来做。

今天刚好早上送了孩子上学后还有点时间，

就来测试做这种微波面包了。

用了Qi Qi 家的食谱。

这面包的确很柔软，很不错的面包。

法国的面包-布莉欧

今天烘培了雅米老师的 3 步骤点心里的一款面包。

一款有奶油浓香味的奶油面包 - 布莉欧。

根据雅米老师的说法， 用奶油与蛋所烘烤而成的法国奶油面包，

多半被称为酵母饼干，特色是风味浓厚。

蜂蜜甜面包 Honey Sweet Bun

下午儿子睡觉后又来做面包，这是他们起身后的茶点。 儿子吃完他的玉米粒，又有面包吃。
逛到Janes Corner 看到他的面包造型，很可爱，这蜂蜜面包也很吸引我，就决定来做这面包。

不错这面包真的好吃，到了第二天面包还是软的，带有淡淡的蜂蜜香。我在面包里面还加了少许的牛油。面包外面也多加了cheese 片，吃起来甜甜带点咸咸的口感，好吃。

我做面包是用手打的，用人手一部一部的炒作。

这面包真的很好吃，就像君之老师说的，非常优香。

很软很软的面包，外酥内软。

鲜奶小餐包 Small Bun

下午茶时间，三点半面包刚刚出炉，热辣辣。

今天的下午茶就来个鲜奶小餐包，超绵密的，好吃。

新鲜面包出炉了。。。。今天来吃面包咯。我今天好高兴.。。好高兴。。。

今天这面包好成功。好香，好嫩，好漂亮。

不同形状的多拿兹 Variety Shape Donat

今天下午来挑战多拿兹，第一次学做成品算是合格把。不过包体有点硬。

没关系，下次会在做的更好的。失败为成功之母。我会加油的。

哎呀。。。。我的面包变成了碳包了！！！！

第一次成功把面包的面团揉成了，可是切被我给烤焦了。

 好伤心啊！！！！！

没想到才入烤箱 10 分钟就变成这样了。
