双色番薯糖水 Sweet Potato Sweet Soup

Have been quite a long time didn't cook this dessert.

When i go to market last Sunday, see some beautiful purple sweet potato.

Buy some home. I love purple sweet potato.

I find it more sweet and fragrant from other color potato.

Just simple cook this sweet soup for dessert.

In this hot hot weather, come have a bowl.

冬瓜罗汉果糖水 WinterMelon and Luo Hon Guo Sweet Soup

Once a while have to cook some sweet soup for cooling our body heat.

Luo Hon Guo (罗汉果）is good for cooling the body heat.

Love the fragrant smell and the sweet itself.

I didn't add any sugar in this soup. 

It come naturally from the Luo Hon Guo and the dry longan.

双色番薯糖水 Sweet Potato Sweet Soup

Quick a time i haven't have this.

I use two type of sweet potato, white and yellow.

And yes, this is so delicious, with taste some ginger hot.

And palm sugar for the sweet soup. yummy.......

桂圆莲子红枣雪耳糖水 Longan Lotus & White Fungus Sweet Soup

This is my two sons favorite. 

Every times when we are going to the chinese kopitiam have our breakfast or lunch,

they must request this sweet soup. 

This afternoon, they also having a bowl of this sweet soup.

This is very nutritious.  

If you like the crunchy texture of the white fungus, 

then you must not over cook them. 

自制豆浆水 Homemade Soy Bean Milk

虾米香葱煎饼 + 滋润菊花茶 Pancake with Dry Shrimp and Onion + Chrysanthemum Tea

下午茶时间，在家吃个简单又美味的煎饼，再加上一杯滋润的菊花茶。

有什么不这简单的还要下午好？？？

准备好茶点，在吃的当儿来看部电影也是不错的享受。

有时总觉得人生简单就好。

Tea time, at home have a piece of pancake and a glass of Chrysanthemum Tea.

What a simple and enjoyable afternoon.

After preparing the pancake and tea, we have a movie at home.

Just to relax and life is simple is better.

龙眼罗汉果糖水 Lo Hon Guo Drinks

好一阵子都没有煲糖水了。

天气炎热有时又下雨，不好好照顾，生病就麻烦了。

今天煲了这罗汉果糖水让两个宝贝滋润滋润。

番薯糖水 Sweet Potato Soup

今天没什么特别的 post 要上。

只有大家都熟悉的番薯糖水。

送了两个小孩去上学，自己溜到菜市场去了。

看到有漂亮的橙色番薯，买了一些回家。

这番薯好大粒哦。

我只用了一粒番薯来煮这甜汤。

今天茶点时间，来碗甜甜的糖水。

之前看到有漂亮的龙眼干，

买了一大包回家。

现在要想办法慢慢的把它给消耗掉。

绿豆西米甜汤 Sago and Green Bean Sweet Soup

今天煮了绿豆糖水让大家降将火，排排毒。我家两个宝贝也一人喝了一碗。

弟弟呢，只喝水不吃豆。

今天心情不是很好，因为接到一个坏消息。我的舅公昨天凌晨被送进医院了。

他是Pancreas被感染，昨天下午说病情已经稳定，哪知道晚上又接到消息说他被送进 ICU了。

到现在还没有醒过来。

绿豆甜汤 Green Bean Soup

绿豆，冰糖，香兰叶，水

全部材料放入一起煲至都软，就有一锅香甜的绿豆甜汤了。

天气炎热，来一碗把。

罗汉果下火草

这里的天气实在炎热，不煲些凉茶下下火是不行的。今天就来喝碗下火甜汤吧。

罗汉果半粒，下火草适量。水滚后放入材料煮约45 分钟即可。

要喝热吗？？还是冷的？？都可以。

自己选把。

薏米马蹄甜汤 Barley with Water Chestnut Sweet Soup

那天到菜市场买菜看到有很漂亮又新鲜的马蹄，买了一包回家。一包要 RM 5.00 .

喜欢它的清脆和香甜。清热下火。不论喝热或喝冷，都一样美味。

问我家儿子好喝吗？？他一定说 "妈咪，很好喝。Good“ 哈。。。哈。。。

这小瓜真会拿我的心。我煮什么他都会支持我的。嘻。。。

香甜美味的红豆甜汤，再加上滑嫩的汤圆。
