马铃薯鸡蛋沙拉 Potato Egg Salad

Just come in my mine that i want to eat salad.

I have been try a potato egg salad dish in a local restaurant here.

And i actually like this kind of salad, 

but when i have this in that restaurant i just got one feeling.

“nausea”

I done know what happen to that.

之前就很想做这道料理，但因为材料不齐所以等到今天才有机会做。

家里的沙拉酱完了，每次出去都忘了买，昨天终于记得了。

哎哟。。。 年纪大了，变成健忘了，每次想好了要买的东西，

但是，每次到超级市场都会忘了买这个那个的。嗨。。。。

I wanna cook this dish for quick a time, but is not enough ingredients,

so postpone until today. I have out of salad at home, every time i have decide want i want to buy at shopping, but when i arrive there, my brand cant remember what i want to buy, just round and round.

Aiyo... become older is like that lo...... 

凉拌鸡肉丝 Chicken with Cucumber Salad

今天一次过上了两道料理。

刚才上了一道 香煎肉饼 Swallow Fry Meat Cake，

现在再来一道爽口多汁的 鸡肉凉拌菜。

这料理完全是用了最简单的调味料，

重点是麻油，必须用好的，香醇的，

吃起来才不会油腻。

五味酱拌虾球和甜酸菜 Sweet and Sour Sauce with Prawn and Vegetable

之前做了五味酱烫苏东，今天来个转变。

把苏东换成了虾球，还加了酸菜一起配搭。

这配搭可是很合哦。

甜甜酸酸再加上点点的辣，美味极了。

老公都赞好。

五味烫苏东 Sweet and Sour Sauce with Boil Sotong

前几天就已经想做这料理了，

但是后来都到外用餐了，就延迟到今天才做。

Last few days before i already attempt to make this dish,

but lastly we go out for dinner, so postpone until today.

这道料理的重点完全在他的酱料上。

只要把酱料做的好，一切就好办了。

这酱料还可以用来淋在虾或鱼或

其他海鲜或沾来吃都一样很好味。

The important in this dish in on its sauce at all.

Just prepare the sauce and everything is easy.

This sauce can be use for dipping prawn, fish or other seafood.

酸青瓜拌叁巴江鱼仔 Pickled Cucumber with Sambal Anchovies

之前在那督事件发生时买了一些罐头食品，今天来开罐吧。

冰箱里没什么菜了，又没时间去买，赶不及，没车用。

所以，就来开罐咯！！

天气炎热，没胃口，来个酸酸甜甜的醃青瓜，

再配上香香辣辣的江鱼仔，赞。

单单一道菜就可以大大碟饭。

沙拉土司盒 Salad Toast Box

这是今天的午餐，“沙拉土司盒”，在加一杯火龙果汁。

太大的享受了。不用到外面吃，在家也可以吃到饱饱。

馅料满满的土司盒子，我喜欢。

这是自己制作的，喜欢什么材料就放什么材料，要放多少就多少。

番茄沙拉 Tomato Salad

这是我最爱的番茄沙拉。甜甜带点微辣。开胃。如果配上炸鸡就更美味啦。

炎热的天气，没什么胃口，来个开胃的吧。我家儿子也最爱这番茄。
