中秋节快日 Happy Mooncake Festival

又是一年一度的中秋佳节了。

在这祝所有亲朋戚友，有上来我的部落格的朋友，“中秋节快日”。

Today is Mooncake festival, and i take this opportunity to say

"Happy Mooncake Festival " to my family, relative and friends. 

今天我就上这篇月饼大统会吧。

芒果布丁月饼 Manggo Pudding Mooncake

What a hot weather today, really hot hot hot. No mood.

Last night made this Manggo Pudding Mooncake and now good to have this.

Cool and full of manggo flavour with the inner was full of evaporated milk.

I like this. Thanks for Eileen for this yummy recipe. 

and the egg yolk recipe is from Annatay 小雨伞。

小猪猪月饼 Little Piggy Mooncake

Today i am busy making piggy mooncake. 

So many blogger's friend have already bake their piggy mooncake, and i just done it today.

上海月饼 Shanghai Mooncake

This is the first Shanghai Mooncake <上海月饼> i made for this year.

Mooncake festival still one week to go, and i have so much wanted to try,

but it just the time that is not enough for me. ha.......

香兰冰皮月饼 Pandan Snow Skin Mooncake

做了两款好吃的冰皮月饼送礼。

一款是班兰冰皮月饼，另外一款是椰香冰皮月饼。

喜欢这个淡淡的绿色班兰冰皮月饼。

内陷放了单黄，白莲蓉和紫罗兰馅。

这是另外一款的椰香冰皮月饼。

内陷一样放了单黄，白莲蓉和紫罗兰馅。

鲜芒果燕菜月饼 Fresh Mango Jelly Mooncake

What a hot hot weather today,  just want to have this cooling jelly.

椰香金翡翠冰皮月饼 Coconut Pandan Bing Pi Mooncake

今天我又做冰皮月饼了。今天的冰皮用了椰浆来代替水。

吃起来皮带有淡淡的椰香味。好吃。

馅料用回之前买的香兰莲蓉。两者陪在一起，超赞。

Today i am making Bing Pi Mooncake. In this Bing Pi skin i use coconut milk to replace the water.

Love this flavor with the coconut milk skin and the pandan paste together, and they are just match.

公仔饼/猪笼饼 Mooncake Toy Biscuits

原本是想要做传统月饼的饼皮，但是皮料搅拌后要放到第二天才开工做月饼。

这样月饼做出来的颜色才会漂亮。

到了第二天，刚好有事情不能开工，只好又放多一天。

第三天要开始做的时候，饼皮变硬了，不能整形了。

想了一下丢了有很可惜，怎么办，突然想到公仔饼好像也是用同样材料做的。

就上网查一查，就看到Aunty mayyee 部落格里用月饼皮做公仔饼。

为了不让费饼皮的材料就决定一试。

香兰冰皮金翡翠 Pandan BingPi Mooncake

Still have i month before the mooncake festival.

 I have buy a packet of Pandan Paste and a packet of BingPi Mooncake Mix last week, so today i try on making this BingPi (冰皮) Mooncake by myself according to the laber on the packet.

玫瑰香燕菜月饼 Rose Syrup Jelly Mooncake

这是今年的第一个月饼，先来个燕菜月饼吧。

用了玫瑰香露来做。味道甜美无比。 

浅浅的粉红色，玫瑰露加上淡奶调出来的颜色和味道棒极了。

This is my first attempt on mooncake, here come a jelly mooncake.

I used Ros syrup to made this jelly mooncake.

The smell and taste was so fragrants and nice.

Love the colour in pink with add the evaporated milk together with the Ros syrup.
