今天又是和大家分享鱼料理。
之前也做过这样的蒸鱼,不过是没有加香茅的,
这次用了 wendyinkk 家的食谱。加入了香茅来提味。
Today i am sharing fish again.
I have made this before, but wasn't added lemongrass.
This time i use wendyinkk recipe, with lemongrass added.
This recipe is really good, delicious, and appetizing too.
Ingredients :
1 ..... whole fish (about 800 g)
3 tbsp ..... finely minced garlic
1 tbsp ..... thinly slices bird's eye chilli
3 tbsp ..... calamansi juice (i use green lime juice)
1 1/2 tbsp ..... sugar
1 tbsp ..... fish sauce
3/4 tsp ..... salt
1 ..... lemon grass, thinly sliced
1 tbsp ..... corn oil
Methods :
1. Rinse fish and pat dry.
