Hai, everyone. I am back. And the school was reopen.
Today was busy sending the kids to school for their registration and school stuffs.
The two boys was in different school.
The elder was in kinder garden and the youngest still in the play school.
I just know that now the kinder garden student have to study until 12 pm.
Last time was just until 11.30 am and now another more 1/2 hours.
All their study methods and teaching methods also different.
Tomorrow have to buy the school uniform from school because today it was out of stock.
Taking photo and buy a new pairs of white shoes for him.
I though still like last time we just wear our own style shoes.
Nowaday all was change, looks like i am out dated already. ha.....
Ok, now we talk about this dish.
This is the dish i cook in my sister in low house when we go to her house.
She was just in her confinement stage.
This red glutinous wine was given by her good friends from Setiawan.
And this is very good and yummy.
Thanks for her friends that bring her this wine and we can this good wine.
And cook with the Ayam kampung.
Ingredients :
Ayam kampung ..... 1 whole chicken
Red glutinous rice wine ..... 1 bottle
Ginger slices
Sesame oil
Salt and sugar to taste
Methods :
1. Rinse and cut the ayam kampung into small bites pieces.
2. Heat wok, put in adequate sesame oil and fry the ginger slices.
3. Put in the ayam kampung and stir-fry until fragrant then
pour in half of the red glutinous rice wine.
4. Simmer until the chicken was cook. Pour in the 1/4 of the wine and add in seasoning.
5. Taste and ready.
