豆酱炒长豆 Stir-fried Long Bean with Soy Bean Paste


Just simpe sitr-fried with bean paste and it is already delicious.
Love the crunchy from the bean and salty from the bean paste.
Who love chilli sure can put in some chilli.
i have kids eating with me so sure is pure one.


And the kids, really like this very much.
The two kids will ate up half plate of this. 


Recipe from : xing hui 美味情缘

Ingredients :

long bean ..... 1 brunch
soy bean paste ..... 1 tbsp
chopped garlic ..... 1/2 tbsp
chopped ginger ..... 1/2 tbsp
chopped shallots ..... 1/2 tbsp

seasoning :

light soy sauce ..... 1 tsp
sugar ..... 2 tbsp
salt ..... 1/4 tsp

Methods :

1.     Heat wok with some oil, add in the chopped garlic, shallot and ginger. Saute until fragrant.

2.     Add in long bean and stir well, add in the soy bean paste and mix together, fry until fragrant.

3.     Add in 1/2 cup of water and stir-fry until the bean cook, season with the light soy sauce, sugar and salt.

4.     Taste. Dish up and serve.
