椰香粟米糕 Kueh Jagung




Recipe from : QiQi in the house.

A --- 粟米浆 Cream corn     1 杯cup
         糖 Sugar     1/2 杯 cup
         浓椰浆 Coconut milk       1 杯 cup
         清水 Water      3 1/2 杯 cup

B --- 盐 Salt    1/5 茶匙 tsp
         卡斯达粉 Custard powder     1 杯 cup

Methods :

1.     把 A 放入搅拌机内打碎,倒入锅中,加入 B。
        Put ingredients A in the mixer and grind, pour into the pot, add in B.

2.     开小火慢慢煮至浓稠,途中不停的搅拌,以免烧焦。
        Cook with low heat until thicken, stirring all the way to prevent getting burn.

3.     倒入模具,待凉。收入冰箱,冷藏 4 小时即可。
        Pour into the mould, let to cool. Keep in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
