I went to the market this morning and buy one packet of dumpling skin.
After home i have no idea on what to do with this.
I have no idea on what to cook for the dinner.
And my youngest just recover from sick so i better cook some non frying dish.
So i get some prawn, some chicken meat and some pork meat.
Minced all the meat and wrap as filling then boiled them.
This is what i do :
I minced the chicken and some pork meat together with prawn.
After that i season with some pepper, light soy sauce and salt.
Add in some corn flour, egg white, spring onion.
Stir in one direction until it become sticky.
Take 1 piece of dumpling skin and wrap in the filling, seal with some water.
Boiled a pot of water, add in 1 tbsp of oil, put in the dumpling and boiled until cooked.
Drain and put in the serving dish.
Pour in some sauce and sprinkle some fry garlic and spring onion.
For the sauce :
Mix 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, some light soy sauce and sugar.
Fry some garlic until crispy and set aside.
In the same wok, pour in the sauce and boiled.
Also have this plate of steamed vegetable.
Love the crunchy from the veggie.
My elder son love this so much.
