Today i am lazy for baking. Weather is hot hot hot.
Just steaming this simple cake for my kids for their teatime.
I am using a wrong cake pan, this pan was too big for the batter.
And the cake was good enough, and i like the texture.
Actually it is not a very spongy cake, it is firm but i like this.
The color is so beautiful.

鸡蛋 。。。。。 2 粒 Egg ..... 2 nos
糖 。。。。 60 克 Sugar ..... 60 g
自发粉 。。。。。 94 克 Self-raising flour ..... 94 g
椰浆 。。。。。 67 ml Coconut milk ..... 67 ml
可可粉 + 1 汤匙水搅拌均匀 Cocoa powder + 1 tbsp water(mix well)
椰浆 。。。。。 1 汤匙 Coconut milk ..... 1 tbsp
做法 :
1. 把蒸盘抹油,铺纸,备用。
Grease the steaming pan and line with baking paper, set aside.
2. 把鸡蛋和糖和盐放入盆中,用电动搅拌器拌打至蛋糊变得浓稠泛白。
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until pale and smooth.
3. 面粉过筛,倒入少量的面粉,用刮刀轻轻拌匀。
Sifted in the flour, little by little and mix well with a spatula.
4. 面粉和椰浆接替的方法加入蛋糊内,轻轻拌匀。(先加入面粉在加入椰浆,最后必须是面粉结尾)
First sift in some flour and follow by the coconut into the batter until all finish. (Should start with flour and end with flour).
5. 把面糊分成 2 份,一份原味的加入 1 汤匙的椰浆,另外一份加入巧克力糊,搅拌均匀。
Divide the batter into two portion, the first portion add in the cocoa mixture, and the other portion add in the coconut milk. Mix well.
6. 锅中把水煮滚,把一份原味面糊和巧克力面粉一同倒入蒸盘内,放入热水中蒸约 15 分钟或至熟。
Boil the steamer, pour the both batter in the same time and make a round turn until finish, put in the steaming pot and steam for 15 minutes or until cook.
7. 蒸好后蛋糕放到铁架上待凉,即可切片享用。
After cook, cool it on the wire rack and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
