“Sotong”(Squid), yes, is sotong again, and again in Thai style.
The first one and this one is not similar in the ingredients.
I made some changes and this one cant replace the first one.
I surely will like the first recipe more than this one.
and the thai chilli to plum sauce.
The taste is still ok lah, but we preferred the previous one.

and this is the recipe for today versions.
Sotong ..... 1
Onion ..... 1/2
Finely chopped garlic ..... 1 tbsp
Shredded shallots ..... 2 pcs
Shredded carrot ..... 1/3 pcs
Coriander leave ..... some
Tom Yam sauce ..... 1 tbsp
Sour plum sauce ..... 2 tbsp
Lemon juice ..... 3 tbsp
Fish sauce ..... 1 tbsp
Sugar ..... 1 tbsp
1. Mix all the sauce ingredient together, set aside.
2. I divide the sauce into two, in one bowl i put in the onion, garlic, shallot, carrot and marinade for 1/2 an hour.
3. Boiled a pot of water and put in the sotong, boiled until cook, drain.
4. Place boiled sotong onto a serving dish, put in the sauce and mix with the the marinated onion.
