Today i buy this big prawn from the wet market and it cost me RM 33.00 per kg.
It can be said cheap or it can be said this was expensive.
Why am i saying like this??? ok.
If we have this in the restaurant sure it was cost so much,
now we have this at home and you can eat this until you really full. haha.....
Am i right???
I like to have this with chilli, garlic, kalaminsi juice, soy sauce, mix together as sauce.
Prawns/ Shrimps ..... 500 g
Some ginger and spring onion
Cooking wine ..... 1 tbsp
1. In a saucer pan, saute ginger and onion until fragrant.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking wine and add adequate of water, bring to boiled.
2. Put in the shrimps, stir some to let the shrimps cooked evenly.
3. After cook quickly drain and place in the serving dish. Sprinkle with some spring onion.
4. Serve quickly. Have it with the chilli soy sauce dipping.
