This is another simple and yummy delicious to introduce to you.
What ever ingredients that come with tomato sauce is very appetizing and delicious.
My sons likes tomato so much, and this dish is suit him to have more rice.
Actually i don know why they are such a name for this dish.
The sauce also just a simple ingredients that mix together and
the important is let the gravy to cook until thick and fragrant.

材料 :
鸡腿肉/鸡胸肉 。。。。。 230 克 Chicken tigh ..... 230 g
红辣椒 。。。。。 4 条 Red chilli ..... 4 pcs
洋葱 。。。。。 1 个 Onion ..... 1
蒜碎 。。。。。 1 茶匙 Chopped garlic ..... 1 tsp
调味料 Seasoning :
( A )酱油 。。。。。 1 汤匙 Light soy sauce ..... 1 tbsp
鸡蛋 。。。。。 1 粒 Egg ..... 1 nos
太白粉 。。。。。 1 汤匙 Tapioca starch ..... 1 tbsp
( B ) 酱油 。。。。。 1 1/2 汤匙 Light soy sauce ..... 1 1/2 tbsp
番茄酱 。。。。。 1 汤匙 Tomato sauce ..... 1 tbsp
白醋 。。。。。 1 茶匙 Vinegar ..... 1 tsp
糖 。。。。。 1 茶匙 Sugar ..... 1 tsp
米酒 。。。。。 1 茶匙 Rice wine ..... 1 tsp
水 。。。。。 1 汤匙 Water ..... 1 tbsp
太白粉 。。。。。 1/2 茶匙 Tapioca starch ..... 1/2 tsp
做法 :
1. 鸡肉切小块,加入调味料 ( A )的酱油,加入鸡蛋拌匀,
最后加入太白粉捞匀,备用。
Dice the chicken, add in seasoning ( A ) light soy sauce, egg and follow by tapioca starch, mix well.
2. 红辣椒切片,调味料 ( B )混合拌匀后加入蒜碎调成酱汁备用。
Red chilli sliced, Seasoning ( B ) mix together and add in garlic to become the sauce, set aside.
3. 热油, 将鸡肉大火炸约 2 分钟至表面乾焦,滤油备用。
Heat oil, deep fry the chicken until crispy, drain and set aside.
4. 另一个锅,热油,炒香红辣椒和洋葱,放入鸡肉再慢慢把酱汁倒入,炒至乾即可上碟。
In another wok, stir-fry red chilli and onion sliced until fragrant, put in the chicken diced and slowly pour in the sauce, mix well until the gravy become thick and ready to dish up.
