蚝油马铃薯鸡 + 虾米四角豆 Chicken Potato in Oyster Sauce + Dry Prawn Winged Beans

Today i am coming back for blogging again.
After taking my father to the hospital for fully checking, the doctor give pump to break up his sputum and have a blood checking.

First when we talk to the doctor and tell her that something will come out from his nose after taking some food, she was curious also. She though that my father got minor stroke.
But when she checking up, she say this is not stroke.
After that just wait for the blood report, and when the report out, it show that the Potassium is higher.
So they give pump gas again to reduce the potassium. And no need for admit.

Luckily, no need to admit. But have to monitor him in this three days, if got anythings wrong with him have to send him back to the hospital.

After home, my father can start eating little by little and can drink water also. The important is he not feel something just want to come out from his house. I am so happy to hear that.
Hope he will get well soon and start to eat rice. Now he just eat porridge.

This was a simple meal that i cook before my father get sick. Actually this is braised chicken with potato but in this version i not using the dark soy sauce and just some oyster sauce and light soy sauce. And put in more the ginger to enhance the flavor.
