麦片奶油虾 Butter & Oatmeal Prawn



今天看到有新鲜的虾子就买了一公斤回家。

 虽然不是很大只,但,还可以啦。。。

今天没有心情说一大堆了。。。就来看食谱吧!!




参考食谱:百变海鲜

材料:

450 克明虾
15克 咖哩叶
1 茶匙蒜茸
3 粒葱头仔(切末)
2 条指天椒 (切末)
3 汤匙麦片

奶丝料:

100 克Margarine
3 粒蛋黄
1 汤匙淡奶水

调味料:

1 汤匙糖
1 茶匙盐
少许胡椒粉

做法:

1.     明虾减去须和脚,开背去肠泥洗净濾干备用。

2.     烧热油锅,将虾放入炸至熟,盛起隔去油份。

3.     倒入半杯油,放入Margarine用小火煮溶,然后慢慢的倒入蛋黄和淡奶水(搅匀)用木筷子不停的搅拌。咖哩叶,蒜蓉,葱头仔末,指天椒末和麦片放入锅里炸香,在将虾和调味料加入,用大火炒均匀,盛起去油份即可。

Ingredients:

450g prawn,     15pcs curry leaves,     1 tsp chopped garlic,     3 shallots (chopped)     2 chilli padi (chopped),     3 tbsp oatmeal

Butter Shreds:

100g margarine,     3 egg yolks,     1 tbsp evaporated milk

Seasoning:

1 tbsp sugar,     1 tsp salt,     Dash of pepper

Method:

1.     Trim off palpus and leg, make a slit at back, remove vein,clean and pat dry.

2.     Heat up oil, add in prawns to deep fry till golden brown. Remove and drain well, later use.

3.     Leave 1/2 cup of oil in wok,add in margarine and beaten egg, stir well. Add in curry leaves, chopped garlic, shallots and chilli padi, continue to stir till fragrant. Add in prawn ans seasoning, stir well and dish up.  Drain well.
