Today i bake cupcake again. This morning my elder son bring two cupcake for his teacher.
When the youngest son saw, he ask for his teacher.
I say to him, wait mummy buy the beautiful cup first.
Tomorrow is his last day to school, start holiday for i week after tomorrow.
So i bake this cupcake for him to give his teacher.
I am using the recipe from the chocolate chip cupcakes before.
I change the cocoa powder into vanila taste.
This cake is so moist and fragrant.
I love this. Hope their teacher will like this so.
Ingredients :
(A) 2 egg 100g sugar ( i use 85 g brown sugar)
(B) 80g corn oil 100 g fresh milk 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
(C) 170 g self-raising flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt
(D) 1/2 cup of chocolate chip.
Methods :
1. Whisk (A) until sugar melt. Add in (B), continuous to beat until well combined.
2. Sift in (C) in two batch.
3. Stir until the better is smooth and add in (D).
4. Pour into the paper cup and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
5. Bake at preheated oven 180 C for 25 - 30 minutes.

See, the texture is so moist and soft.
