In this Chinese New Year, this is the first cake i have made.
Actually this is for my brother and his family, hope they like this.
And i like this too, i like the lightly taste of the lemon zest in this cake.
I made 8 small cupcake and half of them got chocolate rice and the other half was plain.
Adding the lemon zest into the cake made it taste good.
Recipe from : Step Wong Kitchen
120g 牛油(软)butter (soft)
70g 糖 sugar
2 鸡蛋(打散)eggs(beaten)
40g 牛奶 milk
1 柠檬皮(磨碎)lemon zest (Grated)
130g 自发面粉self raising flour
适量 巧克力粒/巧克力米 somes chocolate chips/chocolate rice
做法 Method:
1.)把牛油和糖打至松发。
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2.)加入蛋,牛奶,柠檬皮,巧克力粒和粉轻轻拌匀.
Add in eggs, milk, lemon zest, chocolate chips and flour stir well.
3.) 以190度烤12-15分钟或至熟。
Bake at 190c for 12-15mins.
