焖南乳猪肉和芽菇 Braised Nam Yee Pork Belly and Arrowhead


I buy some arrowhead to cook this dish and this is very flavorful dish.
Actually this arrowhead is going to make crispy snack,
but out of idea on what to cook and saw this in the fridge,
better cook this for dinner la......

 Nam Yee actually is Fermented Red Bean Curd.


Ingredients :

Pork belly .......... slices into pieces
Arrowhead .......... cut into pieces
Shitake mushroom .......... cut into pieces
Ginger slices .......... some
Chopped Garlic .......... 1 tbsp

Nam Yee .......... 1 cube (mashed)
(fermented red bean curd)

season with some oyster sauce

Get start :

1.     Heat work, add in oil, garlic and ginger, saute until almost golden brown, add in the fermented red bean curd and continuous saute until fragrant.

2.     Add in the pork belly and mushroon, stir fry until the pork belly turn into pale color.

3.     Add in the arrowhead and adequate water. Simmer until cook and the arrow head turn soft.

4.     Taste before adding the oyster sauce.

5.     Season and dish. Sprinkle some spring onion.
